“LOVE OFFERING for Chinedu (Eric) Asika”
Peace be with you all. Our parish family has been deeply blessed by the presence of Eric since last June. It has been my joy to get to know him since last September. We praise God for answered prayer with the approval of his international student visa. To that end, Eric will be leaving us to start a web development course at Conestoga College in Milton, Ontario.

NOTE from Eric.
The transition to life in Canada, while filled with its challenges, particularly in obtaining a work permit, has been a journey of growth and perseverance. Supported by my family's unwavering faith in me and my own determination, I decided to embark on further education at Conestoga College, Milton Ontario, though I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science. This step is more than just academic; it is a leap towards reinventing my career and making a meaningful contribution to my new community and back home in Nigeria.

In Nigeria, despite the obstacles my family faces due to economic and security challenges, their resilience and support have been nothing short of inspiring. Motivated by their sacrifice, I am committed to using my skills in web development and photography to create tools and applications that enhance digital experiences and support small businesses in trying times.

Your parish leadership is fully in support and invites you to participate in this “financial love offering” for Eric’s new beginning. On April 14th and 21st we will collect whatever comes in designated for this mission outreach to provide a helpful start to our brother at college.

We pray God’s gracious will may bring Eric back to us once again.

In Christ is all our hope and glory,
Rev. Bonnie Luft+
