What we have learned from COVID -19: Establish and maintain a balanced sleep and wake pattern. Get up and get dressed. Go for a walk- if only to the corner of the block. How many houses are on your block? Are there signs of Spring? Crocuses? Puddles of melting snow? Birds? Neighbours? When do you get your vaccine? Local pharmacies have been added to the list of injection sites.
