Prayer Shawls: Shawls have been made for centuries. They have universal appeal, and an embracing quality and always are lovingly given and received.
The Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. Peter's is an opportunity for many. Shawls are knit or crocheted with prayers, blessings or wishes in mind for the recipients. We will give the Shawls and a Special Prayer to people in need of Spiritual comfort. If you would like to knit or crochet a prayer shawl for the Prayer Shawl Ministry, simple patterns are available. My family and I, wish to express our thanks and gratitude to the parishioners of St. Peter's for their many care packages of food, gift cards, flowers, phone calls, emails, cards and the beautiful prayer shawl. All of these things have helped to support us while we mourn the loss of Keith. In this time of limited personal contact, your love and prayers and calls are sustaining me through this difficult time. I have always considered St. Peter's as my family, and appreciate, so much, the care I have received from you.
