DESCRIPTION:St. Peter's officially came into existence on October 24\, 1926
\, when Bishop Pinkham dedicated our first parish building at the corner o
f 66th Avenue (now Glenmore Trail) and Elbow Drive. That means our parish
is 100 years old this fall!\nWe're celebrating the milestone with a festiv
e open house on Saturday November 21 from 1 to 4 PM in Cormack Hall. Finge
r foods &amp\; punch will be on the menu\, and there will be displays of f
ascinating materials from our archive. We'll hear music and memories from
parishioners and clergy\, past and present – as well as some words of en
couragement from Archbishop Greg Kerr-Wilson.\nPlease join us if you can (
and help us spread the word)!
